appointment reservations & schedule
to guarantee the time and therapist of your choice, please schedule your next appoitment(s) as you leave. also, we suggest reserving your appointments 2 weeks in advance and for spa packages, at least 3 weeks in advance.
arrival
please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for salon and spa services. this will allow you time to check in and fill out any appropriate paperwork. we cannot guarantee
appointments for late arrivals nor can we extend the time period of your scheduled appointments.
personal consideration
for the comfort and safety of clients, children may not accompany parents while experiencing
spa services. while enjoying spa services, please show consideration for others by keeping
cell phones turned off. drink plenty of water two hours before and after all body treatments
and massages. we regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles. please leave all valuables at home.
cancellations
a 24 hour notice is required for single service cancellations, and a 48 hour notice is required for multiple services and package cancellations. a credit card will reserve all packages scheduled. while we realize emergencies can occur, without 48 hours notice, be expected to pay a 50% fee to compensate your service provider. group reservations are subject to a contracted agreement.
alcohol & smoking
due to the nature of our services, we do not serve alcohol. we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence. also, we ask that every guest assist us in maintaining a peaceful spa environment for all our guests to enjoy. the spa is a non-smoking environment.
gift cards
brittany’s gift cards are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. gift cards come in any denomination. phone, mail, and online orders are available.
payment & gratuities
in addition to brittany’s gift cards, we also accept visa, mastercard, and cash. we accept checks only with a valid driver’s license, address, and phone number. return checks are subject to a minimum service fee of $30. gratuities are not included in our pricing and are greatly appreciated.
satisfaction guaranteed
please notify salon within 2 weeks of your appointment if you are at all dissatisfied with your service. this is to ensure prompt and professional handling of any issue.
