Brittany’s Spa Salon LLC. Formerly known as Brittany’s Hair Specialist’s was founded in October of 2002. The small salon measuring 700 square feet was purchased for $4000.00. With one other stylist and no money in the bank the dream began for Brittany Molina. Brittany opened and worked six days a week in the salon from 9-8 p.m. Making a name for herself through her exceptional work and with a knack for really listening to her clients she began to create a small following and the salon grew to produce over $100,000 in gross sales within its first year. In November of 2005 Brittany approached her sister Esther Martinez whom with her business and marketing background Brittany knew would aid in the expansion of the salon into a full service spa salon. Esther is now co-owner and manages the administrative and financial aspects of the business. In July of 2006 the two sisters opened the doors to the most fashion forward salon in the Jacksonville area. Brittany’s Spa Salon LLC boasts twelve team member of which six are stylists. All stylists at Brittany’s must undergo an intensive training with Brittany herself to insure technical consistency and quality of work. The estheticians also attend Dermalogica’s International Institute before working on clients. Brittany’s Spa Salon LLC.is growing rapidly aiming to approach over one million dollars in sales by the end 2007. The two sisters have big plans for the future of the salon with extended hours and more stylist and technicians for the convenience of their clients. They are committed to excellence in the industry and have a passion for making everyone feel and look their personal best.
